With over 20 years of experience as a skilled carpenter, Trevor has built a career on creating beautiful, functional spaces that feel like home. Growing up in Hawaii, his love for the ocean and surfing shaped his approach to design—blending natural beauty with meticulous craftsmanship. Whether tackling a custom renovation or a smaller project, he brings creativity, precision, and care to every job. His goal is simple: to help homeowners transform their spaces into something truly special, one detail at a time.
Kari Ryan
Project Manager
With a strong background in both Executive Operations Services and Project Management, Kari has developed the expertise needed to guide projects from conception to completion with precision. Her role at Coastal Craftsman allows them to ensure that each project runs efficiently and effectively, with an emphasis on communication, clear scope and expectations, and delivering outstanding work. Kari enjoys traveling with her fiancé and daughter, embracing new adventures and drawing inspiration from a shared love for the ocean.

Adrian is a seasoned builder and consultant with years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the building process. As a licensed General Contractor, he offers expert guidance and dependable project execution from start to finish. Adrian combines practical knowledge with strategic planning to deliver high-quality results every time.

Chief Marketing Officer (In Training)
Meet Catalina, our youngest (and most enthusiastic) team member. Elementary schooler by day, Chief Marketing Officer by night. Whether she’s going door to door, chatting up potential clients at her dance studio, or handing out business cards at birthday parties, Catalina always spreads the word about our work with a big smile and zero fear. We like to say she’s the heart of our marketing team—and definitely the one bringing in the most loyal clients!
